22nd Annual Logistics and Manufacture Symposium at Laredo

ScaIMG_0059rbrough International attended 22nd Annual Logistics and Manufacture Symposium in Laredo, Texas where a new attendance record was set. Attendees learned and shared their experience in several areas, including trade opportunities, trucking and doing business with Canada.

Key speakers included U.S. CBP commissioner, R. Gil Kerlikowske, founder & CEO of World City Inc., Ken Roberts, director of business development from Cheniere Energy, Lowell Bezanis, VP of Union Pacific Railroad, Brenda Mainwaring, and finally from Mexico INDEX, Emilio Cadena.  The speakers gave new perceptive and valuable information for those involved in the industry.

Mayor Pere Saenz wants the local and nationwide businesses to know what Laredo can offer.

“I’m excited that more information is coming out. Some more investors, people that deal in commerce and trade, international trade in particular, will know that Laredo is a logistics and transportation hub”, said Mayor Pete Saenz.
