Canada looks forward to implementing this landmark agreement with its European partners in 2017
CETA is a new trade agreement between the EU and Canada. It’ll make it easier to trade, benefiting businesses and consumers in both the EU and Canada.
The EU and Canada approved and signed CETA on 30 October 2016. The European Parliament and EU national parliaments must approve CETA before it can take full effect.
