Peak Season Surcharge delayed until July 1

U.S. Import Peak Season Surcharge for Full Container Freight

Carriers have postponed the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) originally announced for June 15, until July 1, 2014. This effects the Asia to North America lane.

Based on this information, please be aware that Scarbrough will begin charging PSS on FCL cargo that departs Asia after July 1, 2014.

Scarbrough continually works with carriers to waive or mitigate these charges.

If anything changes, we will inform you as applicable.

Rates will be $320/ $400 / $450 

Per  20′ / 40′/ 40′HQ

($450 for 40′ Reefers)
