Rail Complications and issues with some of the UP Rails
The below has been having the most issues:

MEMPHIS (UP MARION), AR
CHICAGO (UP – GLOBAL 4), IL
There are no chassis’s at the rail and they are stacking the containers. They will not allow us to bring in chassis either, as the containers are stacked.
And of course, everyone is pointing the finger of blame. The SSL does not control the chassis, the chassis provider has chassis in other locations so believe it’s not their fault that the rail will not flip, and the rail states is not their fault the containers are stacked waiting for chassis to be brought in. This is the current cycle taking place there.
I just wanted you to be aware, as containers are and will be stuck at the rail occurring charges.
