Jennifer Kahmann serves as Vice President, People Operations at Scarbrough Global, which was established in 1984. Scarbrough Global consists of Scarbrough International, Scarbrough Logistics, Scarbrough Transportation, Scarbrough Warehousing, and Scarbrough Consulting.
Jenn oversees the elements of Scarbrough that support its most important asset: its people. Her work encompasses a range of responsibilities, from Human Resources to workplace culture.
Jenn joined Scarbrough Global while earning her degree in International Relations, Political Science, and Religion from William Jewell College. She then cultivated her supply chain expertise with successive stints in both the import and export sides of Scarbrough International. Jenn moved into a management position at Scarbrough’s St. Louis office before taking on regional operations management duties for both St. Louis and Kansas City.
Jenn is a Licensed Customs Broker, Certified Customs Specialist, and a SHRM Certified Professional. She holds memberships with The Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and St. Louis Trade Compliance Practitioner’s Roundtable (STLTCPR).
