Patrick Colligan serves as Senior Director, Special Projects Division, Scarbrough International. Patrick leads Special Projects Division (SPD) in the team’s operations with large equipment, bulk, and atypical freight services. His extensive background with both imports and exports helps Patrick to find unique solutions for abnormal logistics needs.
Patrick is a Licensed Customs Broker and Certified Customs Specialist. He is active in the Chicago Customs Brokers Forwarders Association (CCBFA), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and the International Trade Association (ITA). Prior to Scarbrough, Patrick worked at Evans, Wood and Caulfield, Inc., Cargo Marketing Services, and BDP International, Inc. He started his education at High Point College and completed his studies in Nassau Community College and has over 25 years of experience in international trade and compliance.
