Traffic Stopped at USEC Ports Due to Hurricane Hermine

According to World Maritime News the US Coast Guard has halted maritime traffic at major seaports on the country’s east coast in response to Hurricane Hermine.

Under the Hurricane Port Condition Yankee, no vessels may enter, transit or remain within the safety zone without the permission of the captain of the port. Under the Hurricane Port Condition Zulu, ports are closed.
